Travel Award Scholarship Reimbursement Guidelines

Receipt and Expense Report Collection

Please follow the below instructions to ensure your Travel Award can be disbursed as soon as possible.

 

Step 1:

Please first prepare to upload your expense information and verifiable receipts (see more information below) into the Asia Farm Animal Day 2023 Reimbursement Form. Please do not email them directly to the AFAD Conference team; only use the form. 

 

*Please make sure to:

(a) Fill out all of the requested information that is applicable to you
(b) Add the description and exact amount for each expensed item (e.g.  Flight Reimbursement - $365.48, Hotel Reservation Reimbursement - $533.23)
(c) Convert the currency to reflect the amount to be in USD

 

Step 2:

Upload all relevant receipts (as a PDF) showing the flight/hotel/travel reservations purchased and the price, including your name, date, and the last 4 digits of the card used for the purchase.

*Please save your receipts in the following format before submitting them into the form: 

YourName_FlightReceipt_AFAD2023
YourName_HotelReceipt_AFAD2023

*The receipt should include:
— Your name
— The date of payment
— The proof of payment confirmation, including the last 4 digits of the card used for your purchase

 

Submit this form and receipts by Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

We will review and send reimbursements during the days of October 25 - November 2, 2023.

Please be patient; we are working within this defined date range and will be sure to get your reimbursements to you.
