CAN YOU TRAVEL? YES YOU CAN!

International delegates entering Malaysia will need to abide by the vaccination rules. No quarantine is currently needed, however, kindly download the MySejahtera app on your mobile phone for more information and to upload your vaccination certificate(s). Delegates who are unvaccinated due to medical health restrictions must present an official letter from their doctor. *all info subject to change


 

Your passport must be valid for at least six months. You must have at least one blank page required for an entry stamp. Permission to enter and remain in Malaysia is at the decision of and discretion of the Malaysian Immigration Department. If you are planning onward travel after departing Malaysia, please note that many other countries in the region require at least six months’ remaining validity on your passport to enter. WHAT DO THE DELEGATE FEES GO TOWARDS? 

The delegate fees will cover all expenditure incurred in the organization of the Conference, such as venue hire, meals throughout the conference programme, conference shuttle in a fixed pick-up route during Conference days, as well as the Welcome dinner and Thank you Dinner.

 

WILL THERE MAYBE BE AN ONLINE OPTION?

The event is in-person and no online option is available at the moment. In case of any development on this situation, we will announce changes on our website and social media channels.
